1. Operator and service identity

Zeno FinLab is an independent financial education, planning and analytical toolkit operated by its proprietor. Zeno FinLab is a trading/project name and does not constitute a separate legal entity.

By accessing or continuing to use Zeno FinLab you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. What the Service is

The Service is an educational self-assessment tool. You enter your own income, spending, asset and liability figures and receive charts, scores, indicative property estimates, AI-generated educational observations, and optionally downloadable Zeno FinLab Healthcheck Reports and Zeno FinLab Personal Financial Statements.

3. No advice or regulated services

Zeno FinLab does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice and does not provide regulated financial services. The toolkit does not provide portfolio management or brokerage services. All output is general and educational only and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any product, security or property. Outputs depend entirely on the accuracy of the figures and assumptions you provide, and projections are illustrative, not predictions. Decisions you take are your own responsibility; consult a suitably qualified professional.

4. AI-generated content

Insights and indicative property estimates are produced with generative AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not suitable for regulated professional advice without independent verification. You are responsible for the information you submit, for having the right to submit it, and for how you use the output. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs, and may suspend accounts or access for misuse. If you believe output infringes your rights, contact support@zeno-fin.com and we will review and remove infringing material; repeated infringement results in termination of access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload or generate illegal, hateful, deceptive or deepfake content;
• probe, scan, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the Service or its security;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits, including the payment gate.

6. Intellectual property and licence

The individual or operator responsible for the toolkit retains all rights in its software, methodology, report templates and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and to use the reports you generate for your own personal or business purposes. You keep ownership of the figures you enter; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

8. Service level

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use Service ends. If you use Zeno FinLab without signing in, your figures are held locally in your browser and you can clear them yourself. If you sign in and save your information, those figures are associated with your Zeno FinLab account; access, export and deletion rights for account data are described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify the operator against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, the content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
