It is for adults who want to examine personal finances, savings plans, possible changes or an indicative Cyprus tax position. Zeno Panorama is a separate service for businesses and finance leaders.

You enter or import the figures a tool requests. Zeno applies its defined calculation logic, labels assumptions and estimates where relevant, and presents results for you to review. Some tools can use your latest Healthcheck figures.

No. Zeno does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, assess suitability or recommend a product or action. Verify important decisions independently and consult a suitably qualified professional where appropriate.

You can use the free on-screen Healthcheck, Savings Plan, Cyprus Tax tools and immediate Scenario Lab results without an account. Saving supported information, purchases and subscription features require an account.

Yes, where the interface says so. Several FinLab tools read your latest Healthcheck snapshot, and Scenario Lab can copy it when you choose. These tools do not overwrite the saved Healthcheck when you explore changes. Panorama is separate.

Yes. Tool controls let you edit, clear or restart relevant inputs. Changing scenario controls updates that illustration; it does not change your saved Healthcheck unless you edit the Healthcheck itself.

It depends on the output. Current-position figures are calculations from your inputs; future views are illustrations based on stated assumptions; tax and property outputs are estimates. None is a guarantee or prediction unless explicitly described otherwise.

Plus includes premium planning tools, the extended Scenario Lab features and unlimited eligible Healthcheck, Personal Financial Statement and Cyprus Tax reports while the subscription is active. See the complete list on Pricing.

Cashflow, What If?, Compass and Feasibility require Plus. Scenario Lab provides a free immediate result, with its comparisons, projections, saving, AI insights and PDF export included in Plus.

Plus is a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled. Applicable tax and any localized checkout currency are handled by Paddle, Zeno's Merchant of Record. Current terms and price are on Pricing.

Yes. Signed-in subscribers can open subscription management from the Account page and cancel through Paddle's secure customer portal.

Your Plus access continues through the paid subscription period, then the subscription features stop. Free on-screen tools remain available.

Paddle processes Zeno purchases as Merchant of Record, including checkout, payment processing, invoicing and applicable tax.

The payment methods available to you are the options Paddle displays during checkout. They can vary by location, currency and device.

An eligible document can be purchased once for the document type shown. You need a free Zeno account because access is attached to that account and remains available for later download. See Pricing.

A failed checkout does not create a completed purchase. For a subscription payment issue, use the billing link in your Account page or the instructions Paddle sends; availability depends on the subscription status returned by Paddle.

Zeno's published policy provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid products. Requests are handled through Paddle or Zeno support; read the full Refund Policy.

Zeno stores account and entitlement information, supported figures you save while signed in, limited usage and outcome records, and information needed to operate the service. Exact categories and retention details are in the Privacy Notice.

Financial figures entered while signed out remain in that browser rather than being written to the hosted account database. Clearing the relevant tool data or browser storage removes them from that browser.

Supported saved figures are attached to your signed-in account so they can follow you between devices. Account-level access rules restrict those records to that account. See Data & Security for available controls.

No. Zeno does not connect to a bank or aggregate bank accounts. You enter the figures used by the FinLab tools yourself.

Financial figures are not shared with advertising or analytics providers and are not used to build an advertising profile. Advertising and analytics scripts follow the consent choice described in the Privacy Notice.

Nothing is sent for AI analysis until you request the relevant feature. The figures needed for that analysis are then sent through Lovable's AI gateway to Google Gemini. Zeno records feature, time and outcome metadata, not prompts, responses or financial values. See Data & Security.

No. Core financial and tax figures are produced by deterministic calculation logic from the inputs and assumptions provided. Optional AI receives selected results only after it is requested.

It provides an optional plain-language interpretation of selected inputs, assumptions and calculated outputs. Some tools also use AI for clearly labelled indicative estimates, such as property appreciation estimates.

No. AI output cannot replace, recompute or alter the deterministic results shown by the tool.

Tool interfaces and reports label user inputs, deterministic calculations, assumptions, estimates, scenarios and AI interpretations where they apply. Scenario outputs remain illustrations under the assumptions entered.

Yes. AI interpretations and estimates can be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat the deterministic figures as the underlying calculated result, review the information supplied, and verify important decisions independently.

The exact payload depends on the feature and is described beside its request control. It is limited to the relevant figures, assumptions, calculated results or property details; account name and contact address are not included.

Eligible outputs include the Healthcheck Report, Personal Financial Statement, Cyprus Tax Intelligence Report and PDF reports from supported Plus tools such as Cashflow, What If?, Scenario Lab, Compass and Feasibility.

While Plus is active, it includes unlimited Healthcheck Reports, Personal Financial Statements and Cyprus Tax Intelligence Reports, together with exports available inside supported Plus tools. See Pricing.

Without Plus, the Healthcheck Report, Personal Financial Statement and Cyprus Tax Intelligence Report are available as separate one-off purchases. Each is a distinct document type. See Pricing.

Supported reports are downloaded as PDF files. You can print a downloaded PDF using your device's normal print controls; Zeno does not provide a separate in-app print workflow.

Reports present the relevant inputs, calculated results, assumptions, methodology and disclaimers in a structured PDF. Where optional AI observations were requested and supported, the report can include them as clearly separate commentary.
