Where figures are stored

Without sign-in, your figures remain in this browser. When signed in, your latest figures are saved to your account so they can follow you between devices.

Access controls

Signed-in records use account-level access rules. Paid documents and Zeno FinLab Plus features are checked on the server rather than trusted from browser storage.

Optional AI

No financial figures are sent to the AI provider until you explicitly request an AI feature and acknowledge its disclosure. Healthcheck, Plus and property estimates use Google Gemini through Lovable’s AI gateway; Panorama intelligence uses an OpenAI model through the same gateway and can include your question. AI usage records include account ID, feature, time, outcome and usage units—not prompts, responses or financial values.

Payments and advertising

Paddle handles checkout as Merchant of Record. AdSense scripts and advertising requests are disabled in every region pending a verified Google-certified CMP/TCF integration. “Accept all” enables optional analytics only; “Only essential” does not enable non-personalised advertising. The toolkit does not send financial calculation figures to advertising providers or document inputs to Paddle checkout.

Optional analytics

Only after analytics acceptance, Google Analytics receives sanitized page URLs/referrers, permitted campaign labels, event/tool names and its own identifiers and technical request data. Zeno’s hosted service receives page/tool events, estimated active time, a visitor ID and a signed-in account reference where applicable. No financial figures or report contents are included. Advertising consent signals remain denied. You can change or withdraw consent on the Cookies Notice; essential tools and sign-in continue to work.

Your controls

Signed-in users can export account data, clear saved figures and request account deletion. Read the full Privacy Notice.
