Where figures are stored

Without sign-in, your figures remain in this browser. When signed in, your latest figures are saved to your account so they can follow you between devices.

Access controls

Signed-in records use account-level access rules. Paid documents and Zeno FinLab Plus features are checked on the server rather than trusted from browser storage.

Optional AI

No financial figures are sent to the AI provider until you explicitly request an explanation or indicative property estimate and acknowledge the disclosure. Usage records contain feature, time and outcome metadata only—not prompts, responses or financial values.

Payments and advertising

Paddle handles checkout as Merchant of Record. The Google AdSense advertising script is not loaded until you choose “Accept all”; choosing “Only essential” keeps it off. Neither receives the figures used in your financial calculations from the toolkit.

Your controls

Signed-in users can export account data, clear saved figures and request account deletion. Read the full Privacy Notice.
