Zeno FinLab Plus
Feasibility & Decision Engine
Test how financially and commercially feasible an opportunity is on your own data, how it holds up under favourable and adverse conditions, and which assumptions carry the outcome. Every figure is calculated deterministically; AI only reviews and explains.
The Zeno FinLab toolkit provides analytical decision-support information based on user-provided data and assumptions. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, valuation or other professional advice.

Feasibility & Decision Engine is included with Zeno FinLab Plus at €9.90/month. Sign in to an account with active Plus access to use your analysis.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
The Feasibility & Decision Engine models the financial structure of a proposed opportunity — a business acquisition, commercial property, merger, new business, franchise or a custom case — from the inputs you supply. Every figure is calculated with plain arithmetic; the optional AI analyst only comments on the results and never changes them.
What it evaluates
- Trading: revenue, growth and EBITDA margin, including a bridge from reported to adjusted EBITDA.
- Investment: the total cash required, including price and costs.
- Financing: debt, interest rate and annual debt service.
- Returns: net present value, internal rate of return and exit value.
- Type-specific items: for example vacancy for property, royalties for franchises and synergies for mergers.
Inputs, assumptions and outputs
Every headline value is labelled with its source — actual historic figures, your own entries, AI-suggested values or derived calculations — so you can see what the analysis rests on. An assumption ledger, validation checks and a model-confidence rating make gaps visible.
How changing assumptions affects the analysis
The engine runs favourable, base and adverse scenarios. The default adverse case lowers revenue growth by 6 percentage points and margin by 4 points, reduces the exit multiple by 1 and raises interest rates by 2 points. Sensitivity tables, break-even points and potential deal-breakers show which assumptions matter most.
Hypothetical example
A custom case with €500,000 revenue and a 12% EBITDA margin produces €60,000 EBITDA. In the default adverse scenario the margin falls to 8%, reducing EBITDA to €40,000 before growth effects — a change that then flows through debt cover and returns.
Important limitations
- Results depend on the quality of the inputs and assumptions you provide.
- The analysis is a structured model, not due diligence, a valuation or investment advice.
- Legal, tax and market factors outside the inputs are not assessed.
