Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid product in the Zeno FinLab toolkit is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. This includes one-off documents and Zeno FinLab Plus subscription payments. You can request a full refund within 14 days of the relevant order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or email us at support@zeno-fin.com and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days. Full details are in the Paddle Refund Policy.

Effect of a refund

After a refunded one-off purchase, access to that paid document ends. A refunded subscription payment may end the corresponding paid access. You can continue using free on-screen tools.
